We respect and are committed to the absolute security of Customer data. Due to the local execution nature of the Bot, we collect data at the absolute minimum required for operation.
1. MT5 Account Data
Local Storage & Absolute Privacy
- Your MT5 credentials (ID, Password, Server) are encrypted and stored exclusively on your local device.
- Crawlpips NEVER transmits these credentials to our servers. We have no access to your funds.
2. Data We DO NOT Collect
To ensure absolute safety for your assets, we commit:
- We DO NOT collect Trading Account Passwords.
- We DO NOT collect Private Keys or Wallet Passphrases.
- We DO NOT have direct access to your Balance or Withdrawals. 100% of asset control remains with the Customer.
3. Data We Collect
We collect only minimal technical data required for operation:
- License Validation: Hardware ID to verify software active status.
- Error Logs: Technical logs used solely for debugging and software improvements.
- Signals: Anonymized data regarding entry/exit points for AI algorithm optimization.
4. Data Usage Purpose
- To activate and periodically verify software licenses.
- To analyze technical errors for patch releases (Bug fixes).
- To improve the quality of signals from the Central Server.
